I found the hotel to be quite charming, with a cozy vibe that reminded me of stays in Japan or Hong Kong. The air conditioning didn't work well during check-in, which was frustrating, and I felt the housekeeping could have been better as my room was only serviced after 5 PM. However, the proximity to Midvalley Southkey made exploring nearby shops really convenient.
